Very early draft

This is an attempt to document necessary SELinux settings to run the Zabbix frontend with PostgreSQL successfully.

While the SELinux policy for the daemons seems to be fine, it must be configured manually for httpd. The suggested changes are persistent and global for httpd.

- General database connection - Frontend trying to figure whether the Zabbix server is running ("Server is running")

   # setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect on

- Ping from frontend
